Family friendly Mindful Birdwatching

We will meet at the entrance of the Parc des Rapides, a beautiful park and bird sanctuary on the Saint Lawrence river in Lasalle. See the dropped pin on the map for exact meeting location.

IMPORTANT ABOUT THE LOCATION: the entrance to the park is behind the Knights of Columbus Community Centre. The map is misleading.

I will explain how we can use our observation of nature to bring us into the present moment. We will walk while discovering, appreciating, and photographing the beautiful bird species in the park.

Bring your binoculars, and cameras (if you have them). If not, no worries, your naked eye will do just fine!!
